CHICKEN POX...........MAYBE NOT!

SO I HAD A CHICKEN POX SCARE LAST NIGHT!!!!!

WHEN I TOOK PABLO'S CLOTHES OFF OF HIM TO GET INTO THE BATH TUB LAST NIGHT.......WHEN WHAT TO MY WONDERING EYES SHOULD APPEAR BUT BUMPS ALL OVER HIS BODY!!!!! DO I MEAN ALL OVER HIS BODY!!!!! THEY LOOKED PIMPLE LIKE SO I WAS FREAKIN OUT THINKING THAT THEY WERE CHICKEN POX. I EVEN TOOK A PICTURE ON MY CAMERA PHONE AND SENT IT TO MY MOTHER!!! (WHAT THAT WAS GOING TO HELP I DON'T KNOW BUT I DID IT ANYWAY)

I CALLED THE BABYSITTER AND ASKED HER IF HER KIDS WERE SICK OR HAD ANY BUMPS ON THEM. I ASKED HER IF PABLO HAD EATEN ANYTHING NEW AT HER HOUSE. SHE SAID NO TO ALL OF THE ABOVE.

I COULDN'T FOR THE LIFE OF ME FIGURE OUT WAS WAS WRONG. I GAVE HIM SO BENADYL AND SENT HIM TO BED AFTER THE BATH.

THIS MORNING WHEN I WOKE HIM UP HE ONLY HAD A COUPLE LEFT. I KNEW THEN THAT THEY WERE NOT CHICKEN POX.

SO I GOT HIM DRESSED AND MADE HIM GO POTTY. I SAW HIM ITCHING WHEN HE GOT OFF THE TOILET AND I CHECKED HIS BACK AND GUESS WHAT WAS BACK?????
YES THE BUMPS.........IT FINALLY HIT ME THAT IT WAS AN ALLERGIC REACTION TO SOMETHING!!!!

I DIDN'T USE ANY NEW LAUNDRY SOAP....I DIDN'T GIVE HIM ANY NEW FOOD....I DIDN'T GIVE HIM ANY NEW JUICE....I DIDN'T USE ANY NEW SOAP OR SHAMPOO!!!

FINALLY IT HIT ME..........WAKE UP CANDI!!!!
I USED NEW CLING FREE SHEETS!!! I THOUGHT OHHH THE BOX IS PURPLE I WILL USE THIS CLING FREE SHEET...I THOUGHT THAT MY DAD BOUGHT SOME NEW KIND TO TRY OUT.

WHO WOULD HAVE EVER THOUGHT THAT A CLING FREE SHEET WOULD EVER HAD DONE THAT TO A CHILD??????

UPDATE ON CHRISTMAS

CHRISTMAS................WHAT CAN I SAY ABOUT CHRISTMAS


Well Pablo's Dad didn't show up for Christmas. He had the so called "FLU" Which I am not too sure if it was the FLU or a HANG OVER!

Elizabeth didn't see her Dad either. He came by the weekend before Christmas and took her to buy some Heely's and that was it......He had to work on Christmas.

Veronica didn't see her Dad either. He is still in Mexico. He should be her in February. Hoepfully he really comes. She is very excited about getting to see her Dad's friend.

ME........My christmas was GREAT!!! I got everything that I wanted even to play games on Christmas day with Grandma! She is a great game player. She beats me quite often, though!

UPDATE ON MY INLAWS

SO.........

My in-laws didn't comestay with me. They stayed down south with my father in laws brother. We went to see them on Sunday the 30th. Pablo LOVED his Aunts and his Grandma!! He had already met his Grandpa so he was just like ok I have seen you before. He went every where that his Aunts and Grandma went! He was following them around like a puppy. They loved it! They asked me when Leonardo and I were going to get married. Leonardo didn't tell them that we were not together. CRAZY!

UPDATE ON THE PAST FEW WEEKS

SO I HAVE BEEN REALLY BUSY!! IF YOU CANNOT TELL.

I JUST GOT WORD THAT PABLO'S GRANDPARENTS ARE COMING IN TOWN ON SATURDAY THE 22ND TO STAY WITH ME AND MY CHILDREN. SERIOUSLY.....I AM DREADING THIS! HIS MOTHER IS A REAL NEAT FREAK AND WE ALL KNOW HOW I AM WHEN IT COME TO LETTING IT GO FOR A WEEK. I HOPE I CAN STAY ON TOP OF MY CHILDREN TO KEEP THEIR STUFF PUT UP AND OUT OF THE WAY.

THE CHILDREN HAVE BEEN DOING GOOD. LIZZY GOT TO SPEND THE NIGHT WITH HER FATHER FOR THE FIRST TIME 1 1/2 AGO. SHE LOVED IT!!!! SHE SAID THAT SHE WOULD LOVE TO SPEND EVERY WEEKEND WITH HIM. WE ALL KNOW THAT IS NOT GOING TO HAPPEN.

VERONICA MEET HER DAD'S FRIEND WHEN WE WENT TO IHOP LAST FRIDAY NIGHT. SHE WAS SO EXCITED. HE DIDN'T SPEAK ENGLISH BUT I TRANSLATED. HER TOLD HER THAT HER DAD TALKS ABOUT MEETING HER ALL OF THE TIME. HER DAD WILL BE COMING BACK TO DALLAS IN 2 MONTHS AND THAT HE WANTS TO MEET HER THEN. HE TOLD ME THAT HER FATHER DOESN'T WANT ANY OTHER CHILDREN UNTIL HE GETS TO KNOW THE ONE THAT HE HAS. HE REALLY IS A GREAT PERSON IF HE WOULD JUST COME AROUND

PABLO......WHAT CAN I SAY ABOUT PABLO......HE IS SO WILD LATELY!!! SOMETIMES I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO WITH HIM......I DON'T KNOW IF I SHOULD LET HIM BE OR BEAT HIS BUTT FOR JUMPING AND CLIMBING ON MY COUCH AND CUPBOARDS!!! HE IS REALLY EXCITED THAT HIS GRANDPARENTS ARE COMING IN FROM MEXICO. HE TALKS TO THEM EVERY TIME HIS DAD CALLS!!

IN A NUT SHELL THAT IS IT!!!!

VISIT FROM THE ACOSTA FAMILY

Ok. So this is my new post at the request of Allyson and Kim......

Kimberly's older children and her husband came to visit yesterday.

My children had a blast!!!!! The first thing Elizabeth and Priscila said to each other was, "I MISSED YOU SO MUCH!!" I thought that was the sweetest thing ever when they both said it together at the same time. Brandon came up and gave me the biggest hug ever! Priscila did too after she gave my children one. When we got home last night from visiting them, my children just talked and talked about wanting to go visit them in Houston. Veronica doesn't have that many friends here so it is hard to have all of her immediate cousins live out of town,. She really missed them a lot especially Brandon. I think she is closer to Brandon because Lizzy and Priscila are the same age.

I just found out that Kim has driven into town also last night. I AM SO SO SO EXCITED TO SEE JOEY(AND OF COURSE KIM)!!!! Will post later to tell you how it goes!!

NEW JOB

Hello All,

I just wanted to say that I love my new job!!!!

It is awesome!!! The people here are ever so friendly. Not one person doesn't say hi to you in the morning, or all day for that matter. I cannot believe how much I love my new job.

The kids are not so happy because I am not home with them all of the time. They will get over it as soon as I get my first paycheck and am able to buy stuff myself again!

I am on my lunch break and cannot say very much.

Thanks to all of you who have prayed for me to find a job!!!! All of your prayers have worked!!
